Pilot operator
Tip Platform is a pilot operated by Dor Aharonoff. For privacy, access, correction or deletion requests, use the pilot form and describe the request in the comments. Updated 25 October 2026.
Information collected
The pilot form collects your name, business name, mobile, email, category, employee range and optional city and comments. It also records language, consent time, campaign attribution where available, and follow-up status. Please do not put payment details, employee information or sensitive data in comments.
Purpose
We use your details to assess suitability and contact you about the pilot. Providing information is voluntary; required fields are necessary to handle the request. This consent does not subscribe you to marketing communications. We do not sell lead details.
Storage and access
Lead details are stored in Supabase in Frankfurt. Vercel hosts the website. Only authorized pilot administrators can manage leads. Infrastructure providers may process request data and logs as part of their services, including outside Israel.
Measurement and preferences
We keep daily aggregate counts of visits and actions by language. Analytics receives no names, phone numbers, emails, notes or visitor identifiers. Browser measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. New leads are counted operationally when accepted. GA4 is not installed. Language preference is stored in a cookie and the browser; valid campaign tags are retained for the current session to attribute your request. A rotating IP hash is used only for short-lived rate limits, for up to one day.
Retention and requests
We retain lead information while needed to assess participation and follow up on the pilot. Closed requests are reviewed manually at least annually and information no longer needed is deleted, subject to applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form; identity verification may be required. Aggregate analytics is limited to 90 days and older counts are removed on the next analytics event.
Demo and product accounts
The demo stores fictional information only in your browser and can be reset. Do not enter real personal information. Demo QR links work in the same browser. Once account services are activated, they support business, employee, permission and transaction management. Employee profiles use private links, not a public directory. There are currently no real charges or payments.
Document status
This notice describes current lead collection and the demo. Commercial agreements, payroll processes and money transfers require further work and professional review before activation. This is not a representation of legal or tax compliance.
